** Students and doctoral students won’t have to pay conference fee if they only attend the events of the main conference programme (no press kit or meal provided).

In agreement with the organizing committee the following participants may be exempt from Conference registration fees:

Heads of sections, session moderators discussants and speakers as listed in the Conference Programme; honorary guests of the Conference; representatives of federal and regional executive bodies, and local self-government agencies; participants with a special invitation from the Organizing Committee.
